Note: “Core Items” are intended for inclusion in the PAD-O scoring algorithm. “Supplementary Items” assess other optional asthma-relevant concepts intended to supplement the PAD-O when used in clinical trials. These items would be scored separately from the PAD-O. “Developmental Items” are intended for testing during PAD-O development
