In the event that there were any patients with 4 to < 8 migraine headache days and 15–29 headache days per 30-day period in the prospective baseline period, they were considered to have episodic migraine
  3. CM was defined as 15–29 headache days per 30-day period in the prospective baseline period, of which at least 8 are migraine
