Health-related quality of life differences between patients and general population controls as measured with the QLQ-C30. The group differences in HRQOL domains regarding the cancer patient sample (N = 40) and the control group from the general population (N = 192). Except from the scale for constipation (p = 0.05), all significant differences showed p values ≤ 0.003; all statistical significant differences met the criteria for a clinical relevance based on Cocks et al. [31]
