  1. The percentages are percentages in each column for a given characteristic. PSAQ means paper-and-pencil self-administered questionnaire, CSAQ computerized self-administered questionnaire, and IVR questionnaire completed using interactive voice recording. Health literacy was measured by an item on confidence filling out medical form: “Extremely” and “quite a bit” were coded as having adequate confidence, and “somewhat”, “a little bit”, and “not at all” were coded as not having adequate confidence
