  3. cPCS and MCS scores are the physical and mental component summary scores of the KDQOL-36TM [25]. Standardized combined scores for the United States population were used. N = 19, 1 participant missed the answer of question 3c, 6, 7, 8, 9a-i, and 10 was excluded from this analysis
